Chang’s Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

Looking for a great appetizer to start off with or maybe lighter meal? Then go with their vegetarian lettuce wraps, which is lettuce wraps with a side mix of tofu and vegetables to fill them, along with crispy rice sticks too. It’s a secret Chiang family recipe and their signature dish.

Edamame

Their edamame is steamed to order and tossed with kosher salt.

Market Sides:

Enjoy a selection of vegetable and grain sides that are always a great addition to your meal.

Chili-Garlic Green Beans

Their side of green beans are cooked in a fiery red chili sauce, along with fresh garlic and Sichuan preserves.

Sichuan-Style Asparagus

If you want to add in some more vegetables to your meal, order a side of their Sichuan-Style Asparagus to get asparagus cooked in red chili paste, garlic, Sichuan preserves, and sliced onion.

Wok-Seared Spinach with Garlic

Get in your greens with their wok’d spinach side dish, which features fresh spinach leaves with chopped garlic.

Stir-Fried Eggplant

Eggplant enthusiast will love this eggplant dish, which includes Chinese eggplant, sweet chili soy glaze, green onion, and garlic.

Thai Harvest Curry

Craving curry? Then order their Thai Harvest Curry for a red curry that’s comprised of butternut squash, five-spice tofu, rustic vegetables, and Asian mushrooms, and topped with fresno peppers.

    The vegan options are delicious and the portions are shareable. Great article went there today and will be back soon. Just make sure to double check that everything is vegan was almost given a fortune cookie without verifying if it was vegan.

    I was told by someone that works here that some of he items mentioned here contained processed sugar that is derived from shark bone. Not sure who to believe now. Is it vegan or not?
