Mohini was born and raised a vegetarian in Chicago! She initially gave up dairy and eggs when she faced health issues, but stayed vegan for the animals. After four years, she found that her passion for the food industry, love for cooking, and her empathy for the animals can change the way Americans eat today. Whole food plant-based eating with a little daily dark chocolate is her optimal diet. She advocates for mental health and lifestyle changes and has a degree in Health Sciences from DePaul University.
