Joel was born and raised in Los Angeles and is genuinely happy to call Southern California home. He loves the city, but will never pass up an opportunity to be in nature. As a vegan for 10 years, Joel is passionate about helping grow the vegan movement and ensuring our community is inclusive, compassionate, and accepting to everyone. Ameen is a Seattle-born transplant survivor who has built a foundation of experience in biomedical engineering, clinical research, digital technology, and management consulting. Through his own health journey and passion for research, Ameen embraced the power of plants to heal and free his body from a lifetime of autoimmune disease and is now focused on growing plant-based culture in the community and inspiring others to conquer their health issues. Symphony is a Southern California native who is passionate about health and wellness. She enjoys writing, living in California, and sharing her vegan lifestyle. Symphony graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Jounralism.
